Der Auftragnehmer hat eine Übernahmestelle ordnungsgemäß und genehmigungskonform zu betreiben, an der er den Bioabfall aus der Erfassung des Auftraggebers übernimmt. Die Übernahmestelle kann auch gleichzeitig die Verwertungsanlage sein. Die Übernahmestelle muss innerhalb einer maximalen Entfernung von 20 km einfacher Wegstrecke vom Be-triebsgebäude (Pfm. 27) des Auftraggebers liegen. (zur Berechnung siehe Pkt. 5 Zu-schlagskriterien) Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die Behandlungsanlage(n) für Bioabfall nach den Erfor-dernissen und der Sorgfalt eines Entsorgungsfachbetriebs nach § 56 KrWG zu betreiben. Die Bioabfälle sind einer geschlossenen Kompostierung oder Vergärung – anaerobe Behandlung – zuzuführen. Eine Kompostierung mit offener Haupt-/Intensivrotte ist unzulässig. Eine Behandlung der Bioabfälle durch eine Vergärung – anaerobe Behandlung – in einem kontinuierlichen Verfahren (kein Batchbetrieb) unter Gewinnung von Gas und Verwertung dieses Gases („Verstromung“ oder Einspeisung in ein Heizgasnetz) sowie unter Gewinnung von Prozesswärme und Verwertung dieser Wärme („Wärmesenke“) wird im Rahmen der Wertung des Angebots positiv berücksichtigt (vgl. Ziff. 1.5.1).
