This tender is a framework agreement for technical consultancy services (architects and consulting engineers) across six disciplines, issued by five Norwegian municipalities (Harstad, Kvæfjord, Lødingen, Tjeldsund, Ibestad). Up to three parallel framework agreements will be awarded per sub-contract (lot). The total estimated value is NOK 30,400,000 across all lots, with annual estimated consumption of NOK 7,600,000 (non-binding).
