De aanbesteding heeft tot doel om afhankelijk van de deelnemende aanbestedende dienst één of twee raamovereenkomsten af te sluiten voor de full operationele lease van nieuw aan te schaffen voertuigen, waaronder personenauto's, kleine bedrijfswagens en incidenteel andere voertuigen, zoals vrachtwagens. Een en ander zoals nader uitgewerkt in de aanbestedingsleidraad en contractdocumenten. De in deze aankondiging opgegeven Beschrijving: geraamde en maximale waarde zijn de waardes per jaar van alle aanbestedende diensten tezamen indien alle bij de aanbestedende diensten in gebruik zijnde voertuigen zijn geleverd onder de raamovereenkomsten met Leveranciers. In de eerste jaren is daar geen sprake van. Voor een nadere duiding van de geraamde waarde wordt verwezen naar de aanbestedingsleidraad.
