Der Bewertungspreis ist der Nettopreis zzgl. der zum Angebotszeitpunkt gültigen Umsatzsteuer unabhängig von der Steuerschuldnerschaft. Inklusive der angebotenen Rabatte. Der Bestpreis wird mit 80 Punkten bewertet. Bestpreis ist der niedrigste Preis. Ein Angebot in Höhe des Doppelten des Bestpreises erhält 0 Punkte. Dazwischen wer-den die Punktwerte im Wege einer linearen Interpolation ermittelt. Bewertungs- und Vertragsrelevant sind ausschließlich die Preise im Preisblatt. Es wird folgende Formel zugrunde gelegt: Preisdifferenz zum Bestbieter x Höchstpunktzahl geteilt durch Preis Bestbieter = Abzug von Höchstpunktzahl Beispiel: Bestpreis = 135.000 EUR = 80 Punkte Angebotspreis = 162.000 EUR Preisdifferenz = 27.000 EUR Punktabzug = 27.000 * 80 / 135.000 = 16 (also 64 Punkte)
