Moc silnika pojazdu – 20 pkt. Punktacja zostanie przyznana w następujący sposób: 1 pkt - za każdy 1 kW powyżej 210 kW. Uwaga: MINIMALNA moc silnika wymagana przez Zamawiającego wynosi 210 kW, maksymalną ilość punktów otrzyma pojazd z silnikiem o mocy 230 kW i więcej. Szczegółowy opis zamieszczono w rozdziale XVIII SWZ.

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego. Pojazd oraz zamontowane na nim wyposażenie muszą być fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane, nieuszkodzone, nieobciążone prawami osób trzecich, pierwszej jakości. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, określający wymagania minimalne postawione przez Zamawiającego dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ: „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz 1A do SWZ: "Opis zamówień opcjonalnych", a szczegółowe warunki realizacji w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ: "wzór umowy". Oświadczenia i dokumenty, jakie zobowiązani są dostarczyć wykonawcy w celu wykazania braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz potwierdzenia spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu zostały opisane w rozdziale IX SWZ. 1.
