Anbudsgivaren ska bedriva färjetrafik mellan Killingskär/Lappo i Brändö kommun och Korsö/Björkö i Kumlinge kommun på Åland (Se karta i dokument 05). Anbudsgivaren ska under avtalstiden trafikera enligt de av Beställaren fastställda villkoren. Entreprenaden utgör en driftentreprenad, där Beställaren tillhandahåller en färja (se dokument 04) och Anbudsgivaren ansvarar för bemanningen, det löpande underhållet ombord och driftskostnaderna (förutom bränslekostnader) (se dokument 09 och 10)
