Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrags über IT-Serviceleistungen in der Systemumgebung des Auftraggebers. Das Berufskolleg Opladen nutzt für seinen Geschäftsauftrag eine IT-Infrastruktur und separiert diese nach dem Verwaltungsnetz sowie dem pädagogischen Netz. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die regelmäßige Wartung und Betreuung der Netze sowie der Hardware und Software zu gewährleisten, damit ein ordnungsgemäßer Geschäftsbetrieb sichergestellt ist. Die Tätigkeiten werden differenziert nach: a) Service und Supporttätigkeiten im Bereich der Infrastruktur, Server und Netzwerke b) Service und Supporttätigkeiten im Bereich stationäre und mobile Endgeräte, Präsentationstechnik, Drucker etc. c) IT-Sicherheitsmanagement d) Beratungsleistungen. Diese Serviceleistungen sind bedarfsweise innerhalb oder auch außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten des BKO auszuüben (siehe EVB-IT Vertrag). Tätigkeiten können remote durchgeführt werden, sind aber auch vor Ort erforderlich.
