This is a Belgian services framework agreement for appointing one external occupational prevention and protection service (EDPBW) for the future AZ Kempen hospital group. Al 15 jaar werken AZ Herentals en AZ Turnhout samen om de zorg in onze regio te versterken. Wij gaan nog een stap verder door vanaf 1/1/2027 te fusioneren tot AZ Kempen. Momenteel werken AZ Turnhout en AZ Herentals met 2 verschillende externe diensten voor preventie en bescherming op het werk, echter zijn we wettelijk verplicht om over te gaan naar 1 externe dienst voor het fusieziekenhuis AZ Kempen. Aantal werknemers: 3.100 AZ Turnhout: ongeveer 2.250 AZ Herentals: 850 Aantal Preventie Eenheden (PE): 2.500 AZ Turnhout: ongeveer 1.800 AZ Herentals: 700 Huidige inhoud (niet limitatief): - Medische onderzoeken - Gezondheidstoezicht - Psychosociale aspecten - Bedrijfsbezoeken en screenings - Comité voor Preventie en bescherming op het werk (CPBW) - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Opleiding - Arbeidsveiligheid - Arbeidshygiëne/metingen - Ergonomie - Beleid Deze raamovereenkomst heeft als voorwerp de aanwijzing van een Externe Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (EDPBW) in toepassing van de wetgeving: • Wet van 4 augustus 1996 betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers bij de uitvoering van hun werk • Codex over het Welzijn op het Werk, met name boek II, titel 3 ‘De externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk’ en boek I, titel 4 ‘Maatregelen in verband met het gezondheidstoezicht op de werknemers’. De Codex over het Welzijn op het Werk is terug te vinden op de website van de FOD Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg. Deze procedure bestaat uit het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één partner voor diensten met als doel de aanstelling van een Externe Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk, ten behoeve van het fusieziekenhuis AZ KEMPEN. De raamovereenkomst geldt voor een periode van 4 jaar, 2 maal te verlengen met telkens 2 jaar, te starten vanaf 1 januari 2026. De geraamde maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 5.125.000 (excl. btw). Deze geraamde maximale waarde is louter indicatief, zij bindt het bestuur op geen enkele wijze. Deze waarde vormt bijgevolg geen indicatie voor het offertebedrag waarmee kan worden ingeschreven. De opdrachtnemer kan geen schadevergoeding eisen indien deze omzet niet bereikt wordt.
