The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the penstocks with flow measurement systems and all related mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work necessary for the proper and reliable operation of the penstocks. Time for completion is estimated to be from January 2027 to October 2030, with installation of the penstocks over the period of June 2028 to April 2030.
