Opdrachtgever hecht belang aan een deskundige, klantgerichte (kennis van de overheidsmarkt) en snelle behandeling van acceptatievraagstukken, waarbij de contactpersoon bij Inschrijver een hoge mate van beslissingsbevoegdheid heeft. Inschrijver dient aan te geven op welke wijze hier aan wordt voldaan. Indien Inschrijver inschrijft als Leidende verzekeraar wordt ook belang gehecht aan de wijze waarop Inschrijver invulling kan geven aan technische inspecties en adviezen op technisch gebied (risk engineering) en aanpak van preventie en schadebeperking ter vermindering van milieu-impact.
Opdrachtgever hecht belang aan een deskundige (w.o. afdoende kennis van de overheidsmarkt), ruimhartige en snelle behandeling van schades. Inschrijver dient aan te geven op welke wijze hier aan wordt voldaan.
