Nabídky budou hodnoceny podle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti. V souladu s § 114 odst. 2 ZZVZ bude ekonomická výhodnost nabídek hodnocena podle jediného kritéria hodnocení, a to podle nejnižší nabídkové ceny. Hodnocení nabídek provede komise v souladu s § 115 zákona. Komise zároveň u ekonomicky nejvýhodnější nabídky posoudí nabídkovou cenu podle § 113 zákona.
