Fluxys Belgium is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive managed Cybersecurity Operations Centre (SOC) services and a cyber incident response retainer. The contract is a 3-year framework agreement with two optional one-year extensions (max 60 months) awarded to a single operator. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with call for competition.
