Description TED originale
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La commune dispose de plusieurs aires de jeux, dont certaines présentent un niveau de vétusté nécessitant une intervention programmée. À ce titre, la collectivité prévoit la mise en oeuvre par le titulaire d'un programme pluriannuel de renouvellement des équipements sur une période de quatre ans dont le montant maximum annuel sera défini par la collectivité en lien avec le titulaire. En complément de ces opérations de renouvellement, le titulaire pourra être sollicité pour réaliser des interventions de maintenance ponctuelle et des réparations de faible ampleur sur les équipements dont l'état ne justifie pas un remplacement complet. Ces prestations seront effectuées à la demande de la collectivité, dans les conditions prévues au présent marché
