Climate and environment, based on a combined assessment of the following additional values beyond the minimum requirements that ensure lifetime/regularity for the refuse collection vehicles: - Quality of service agreements, quality training, possibility for function monitoring and entry inspections. - Availability/travel time to a local service workshop and response time for repair services, as well as delivery time for spare parts. - Access to spare parts over the lifetime, warranty time and terms for the chassis and body, to what extent parts can be repaired/replaced, and any other qualities that ensure lifetime/regularity.
