Le présent appel d’offres a pour but de sélectionner une entreprise totale pour la construction d’un Hangar Car Postal à Thierrens. La mise en concurrence est organisée en procédure ouverte pour entreprise totale. Il s’agit d’une procédure soumise aux dispositions légales et règlementaires des marchés publics ainsi qu’aux traités internationaux.
