Dit kan zijn omdat de directie bij een verwacht werkaanbod dan beter weet hoeveel FTE er nodig is, om afgestemde efficiency- (productie)doelen na te streven, in lijn met de IND (meerjaren)doelen. Van Opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht dat zij de IND ontzorgt rondom het leveren, opzetten en gebruiken van de benodigde methode ten behoeve van het uitvoeren van tijdschrijfonderzoeken.
