Framework agreement for lawyer services

REQUIREMENT: Hourly rate for the offered resources. The price will be assessed on the basis of the total sum stated in the summation of hourly rates for the offered resources in the price form. All prices shall be stated in NOK excluding VAT. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers shall submit the following: • Completed Annex 5 Annex 1 - Price Form. See Annex 5 Annex 1 - Price Form for further information.

REQUIREMENT: The award criteria will be uniformly assessed on the basis of the following topics: A) Competence and experience of the offered core team The contracting authority emphasises: - Experience from relevant legal areas, c.f. Annex 1 The contracting authority ́s requirement specifications. - Experience with the municipal sector/public administration. - The core team's total experience and composition. B) Implementation of assignments The tenderer ́s implementation in practice and work methodology with assignments under the framework agreement. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers shall submit the following documentation: • Completed the tenderer ́s solution description, cf. Annex 1 Annex 1. • Completed CV template, cf. Annex 1 Annex 2. A) Competence and experience of the offered core team Tenderers shall submit CVs of up to 2 A4 pages for each of the named resources in core team, ref. Annex 1 Annex 1 - the tenderer's solution description. One CV shall be submitted per job category: • Partner • Senior lawyer • Lawyer • Associate Lawyer Tenderers shall submit the completed CV template, c.f. Annex 1 Annex 2 - Template for CVs. Furthermore, the tenderer shall provide an account of the core team ́s total experience and composition that is relevant for this contract. The offered core resources ́ competence and experience can be assessed and verified in any clarification and negotiation meeting(s). Response to point A) of an account of the offered core team's combined experience and composition, shall be up to 2 A4 sides. The response shall be delivered in annex 1. Annex 1 - The tenderer ́s solution description. The responses shall use the Open Sans font at font size 10 points or greater. The top, bottom and side margins shall be minimum 2.5 cm. B) Implementation of assignments Tenderers shall give an account of how it will organise and execute assignments under the framework agreement and show how the tenderer will coordinate and co-operation with Vaksdal municipality. Tenderers shall give an account of their work methodology with the accompanying quality assurance and tools, including by describing their routines for reporting and following up. The response to point B) regarding the execution of the assignment shall be up to 4 A4 pages. The response shall be delivered in Annex 1 Annex 1 - the tenderer ́s solution description. The responses shall use the Open Sans font at font size 10 points or greater. The top, bottom and side margins shall be minimum 2.5 cm.
