Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa, zwanej dalej „Zamawiającym” Usługi Wsparcia Technicznego (dalej: „UWT”) przez cały okres trwania Umowy w Lokalizacjach Zamawiającego od dnia zawarcia Umowy bądź od dnia wskazanego w Załączniku nr 2a do projektowanych postanowień umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ (dalej: „p.p.u”).
