Selection of Participants

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Category 2 – Selection of Participants, set up by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Communication (COMM). The DPS covers fully integrated services (except logistics) for the design, methodology, and facilitation of pan-European or multinational participatory and deliberative processes, such as European Citizens' Panels and co-creation techniques.
