Der LWL beabsichtigt mit der Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors zentrale HR-Prozesse zu digitalisieren, Medienbrüche zu vermeiden und die Grundlage für ein modernes, zukunftsorientiertes Personalmanagement zu schaffen. Im ersten Schritt werden die SAP SuccessFactors Module Employee Central, Recruiting und Onboarding eingeführt. Die Gehaltsabrechnung verbleibt dabei zunächst im SAP HCM, welches im Oktober 2026 auf H4S4 umgestellt wird. Der Roll-out ist für folgende Bereiche: LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund, LWL- Maßregelvollzug und LWL-Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen.
