The City of Vantaa is seeking a concessionaire to organize public electric vehicle (EV) charging services at three parking areas (Heureka Science Center, Tikkurila Sports Park, and Elmo Sports Park). The winning bidder will be granted land use rights to install and operate EV charging stations at their own cost, with no financial contribution from the city. The contract duration is 10 years with a 3-year extension option. The tender is an open procedure under Directive 2014/23/EU on concession contracts.
