The objective of the agreement is to procure a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) for the purchase of Microsoft licenses, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Education licenses. The Norwegian Directorate for Education (Udir) shall easily carry out licence procurements and administer purchased licences in a customer portal. See the requirements described in Annex 1 of the SSA-K procurement agreement.
