Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na zaprojektowaniu oraz wykonaniu modernizacji systemu zasilania elektroenergetycznego w stacji transformatorowej ST-2 Białostockiego Centrum Onkologii w tym wykonanie systemu monitoringu energetycznego opartego o system klasy SCADA, o wymaganiach jakościowych odnoszących się do co najmniej głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ) – Program Funkcjonalno-użytkowy, w Załączniku nr 3.1 (Załączniki do OPZ) oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ).
