Provision of mechanical works

The contract is a framework agreement with a single lot valued at EUR 359,300,000 and a duration of 60 months. Award is based on 60% technical and 40% financial criteria. The notice indicates a limited number of candidates (3-4) and includes a clause for up to 50% additional similar works without new tender.
