Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine Aufstockung des bestehenden Lehrerzimmers und dem Umbau der städtischen Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Grundschule in Isselhorst, Niehorster Str. 69, 33334 Gütersloh. Das Leistungsverzeichnis ist in mehrere Teilbereiche gegliedert. Dazu gehören der Einbau von neuen Türen mit Stahlzargen mit und ohne Brandschutzanforderung und Schallschutzklassen. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Ausschreibung liegt auf den Innentürarbeiten, die im Zuge des Umbaus zur Neuorganisation der Raumstrukturen erforderlich sind. Folgende Einzelfristen werden vertraglich vereinbart: Einbau Zargen: 19.10.2026 – 23.10.2026 Einbau Türblätter: 07.12.2026 - 12.12.2026
