Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor een aanneming van diensten en omvat studieopdrachten voor het ontwerp van infrastructuur in het havengebied. Het gaat vooral om wegen, rioleringen en verhardingen. De dienstverlener zal instaan voor scope, voorontwerp, definitief ontwerp, de vergunningsaanvraag en de opmaak van de aanbesteding- en/of uitvoeringsplannen voor verschillende straten en wegen. De dienstverlener zal ook instaan voor coördinatie van bijhorende studies indien van toepassing, zoals opmaak archeologienota’s, opmaken sloopopvolgingsplannen, opmaak milieu-hygiënische verslagen in functie van grondverzet,… Bij sommige opdrachten is het mogelijk dat de dienstverlener zelf of via onderaanneming de uitvoering van deze bijhorende studies moet (laten) uitvoeren.
