Mittagsverpflegung für die Patient*innen im Verfahren Cook & Freeze bzw. Cook & Chill für die LVR-Klinik Viersen. In der LVR-Klinik Viersen wird die Zentralküche im laufenden Versorgungsbetrieb in der Speisenversorgung der Mittagsverpflegung vom derzeitigen System der Frischeküche (Cook & Serve) auf das System der kombinierten Kaltbereitstellung, die nur bis zu einem bestimmten Garpunkt vorgekocht und in der Zentralküche endgegart wird (System Cook & Freeze oder Cook & Chill) umgestellt. Ziel der Vergabe ist es, nach erfolgter baulicher Ertüchtigung der Zentralküche, mit der entsprechenden Mittagsverpflegung beliefert zu werden.
