1. Przy wyborze najkorzystniejszej oferty Zamawiający będzie się kierował następującym kryterium i jego znaczeniem: Cena ofertowa – 100 %. 2. Za ofertę najkorzystniejszą zostanie uznana oferta zawierająca największą liczbę punktów. 4. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy oleju napędowego w ilości 2 000 000 litrów z odbiorem własnym, na stacji paliw Wykonawcy, do silników Diesla klasy B, D, F1 spełniającego wymagania jakościowe zgodnie z PN – EN 590 : 2013 – 12 określone w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 roku w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1018) Wykonawca musi zapewnić możliwość zakupu paliwa kartą paliwową-flotową w ilości około 63 sztuk. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie, że w trakcie trwania umowy, ilość kart paliwowych-flotowych może ulec zmianie. Szczegóły korzystania z tych kart będą określone w załączniku nr 1 do umowy. Wszelkie koszty manipulacyjne związane z wytworzeniem i dostarczeniem kart paliwowych-flotowych ponosi Wykonawca.
