The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) seeks evaluation consultancy services to assess the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) and Denmark's contribution to it. The evaluation aims to document AGF's impact on SME finance in Africa and the added value of Danish support, with fieldwork in Kenya and Côte d'Ivoire.
