Norway – Printing and related services – Procurement of graphic services and printing services for Norsk Vann

Norsk Vann BA shall enter into a framework agreement for the provision of printing services and accompanying production services. The agreement comprises both printed and digital deliveries, and it shall cover the need for publications, professional communication, courses and events. The contract includes, among other things: - Production of the trade journal Water Mirror, from Word file to ready set up PDF and printed magazine, 3 times per year, normally up to 52 pages. - Course booklets and course materials, set up, printing and completion. - Brochures, conference programmes and information materials. Design, preparation for digital publication and printing (varying approx. 200-1,000 copies, four to 16 pages). -Annual report - Posters, banners, "roll-up's". - Storage and distribution of printed matter/books in accordance with the address list. - Production of professional reports from word file to completed PDF file/and any printed report. Typically 50-200 pages. Any Digital report where the content is searchable and can be published on our website. Printed editions vary and we want to continually reduce the need for printed trade reports and would like the trade reports to be search-friendly, downloadable and printed by the downloader. Tenderers are asked to read the requirement specifications carefully.
