Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług portierskich i obsługi technicznej 4 portierni wraz z ochroną mienia Zamawiającego położonych w budynkach mieszkalnych lub mieszkalno - użytkowych przy: ul. Krasińskiego 14 w Katowicach, ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 2-2i w Katowicach, ul. Sławka 30-30a-30b w Katowicach, ul. Mariacka 30,30a,32,34 w Katowicach, i udostępnieniem przez Wykonawcę patroli interwencyjnych. Usługi w przedmiocie niniejszego zamówienia realizowane będą zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonymi w niniejszej SWZ, obowiązującymi w tym zakresie normami i przepisami ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem postanowień ustawy z dnia 22 sierpnia 1997r. o ochronie osób i mienia (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025r., poz. 532).
