This is an open-house model (not a public procurement) by AOK Bayern for non-exclusive rebate agreements on the active substance Ustekinumab (ATC L04AC05). Any eligible pharmaceutical company can join by submitting a signed declaration of reliability and the contract documents. No selection process; all eligible applicants are accepted. The contract runs from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028, with possible early termination and auto-supersession by other rebate contracts. Submission is possible until June 3, 2028, with monthly cut-off dates for contract start.
