Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open house Arzneimittelrabattverträge zum Wirkstoff Ustekinumab, ATC L04AC05

Non-exclusive discount agreement (Rabattvertrag) for the active substance Ustekinumab (ATC L04AC05) offered by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland as an open-house model. The procedure is not a public procurement under EU Directive 2014/24/EU but published for transparency. Contracts are non-exclusive, with uniform conditions and a maximum duration of 24 months from August 1, 2026. Joining is possible at the start of any month within the period, subject to submission deadlines. The first possible contract start is August 1, 2026, with submission deadline June 30, 2026 for that start. Later entries require submission by the end of the month preceding the month before the desired start. The buyer reserves the right to replace open-house contracts with exclusive discount agreements during the term. Only pharmaceutical companies may participate.
