Framework agreement for engineering design services

The total evaluation sum in the price form will form the basis for the evaluation. Tenderers shall state their maximum hourly rates and mark-up percentages. It will be possible to give lower prices in mini-competitions, where it will be competed on price.

The award criteria will be assessed based on a general assessment of the following elements: a) Account Manager The customer responsible ́s competence, experience, role and work methodology to ensure effective interaction and follow-up under the framework agreement. b) Engineering design group managers The offered engineering design group managers ́ competence and experience from projects within the power industry. Emphasis will be put on documented ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects, including relevant breadth competence and experience with coordination of several disciplines. c) Work methodology on framework agreement and call-off level The tenderer ́s methodology for following-up on framework agreement and call-off level.
