This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for laboratory and measuring equipment, established by the University of West Bohemia. Zadavatel ve smyslu ust. § 139 odst. 4 písm. d) ZZVZ uvádí, že nabídky podané v jednotlivých výzvách budou hodnoceny podle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti, kterou bude zejména nejnižší nabídková cena. Zadavatel si dále vyhrazuje právo využít i další kritéria hodnocení, zejména pak: • nejvýhodnější poměr nabídkové ceny a kvality, • nejvýhodnější poměr nákladů životního cyklu a kvality, •nejnižší náklady životního cyklu. Kritériem kvality budou zejména: • technická úroveň (technické parametry) nabízeného předmětu plnění, • funkční vlastnosti nabízeného předmětu plnění, • uživatelská přístupnost, • enviromentální aspekty, • úroveň servisních služeb včetně technické pomoci. Kritérium hodnocení včetně pravidel hodnocení, váhu či jiný matematický vztah mezi jednotlivými kritérii hodnocení, stanoví Zadavatel vždy v konkrétní Výzvě k podání nabídek.
