De gemeente Woerden en de gemeente Oudewater zijn een ambtelijke samenwerking aangegaan. Beide gemeenten besteden dit werk gezamenlijk aan via één (1) aanbestedingsprocedure. Het betreft de beoogde aanbesteding van Raamovereenkomst Onderhoud Openbare Verlichting 2026-2032. De werkzaamheden voor de aan te besteden werkzaamheden in het "Onderhoud OVL gemeente Woerden 2026-2032" bestaan in hoofdzaak uit: - Werkzaamheden voor het functioneel in stand houden van de OVL; Herstellen van storingen en defecten aan installaties OVL; Herstellen van schades door aanrijding en vandalisme aan installaties van de OVL; Reinigen en conserveren lichtmasten; Schilderen van de lichtmasten; Verplaatsen, bijplaatsen en/of vervangen van lichtmasten en/of armaturen; Uitnemen en herplaatsen van lichtmasten t.b.v. evenementen, bouwwerkzaamheden en dergelijke; Rapporteren van de verrichte werkzaamheden; Verwerken gegevens in een beheersysteem OBSURV. De openbare verlichting (OVL), De Raamovereenkomst kent een maximale geraamde omvang van €4.000.000,00 over de maximale looptijd (zie paragraaf 3.4). Als maximum contractwaarde wordt €8.000.000,00 exclusief BTW aangehouden. Indien deze maximale omvang is bereikt, kan de Opdrachtgever geen nieuwe Nadere opdrachten meer verstrekken. Na afronding van de laatste Nadere opdracht zal de Raamovereenkomst dan ook worden beëindigd, ook wanneer de in paragraaf 3.4 genoemde einddatum nog niet is bereikt. Overschrijding van dit maximumbedrag is niet mogelijk, het verstrekken van Nadere opdrachten waardoor de maximale omvang wordt overschreden is niet toegestaan. Onverminderd de genoemde maximale omvang, is de daadwerkelijke uitputting van de Raamovereenkomst te allen tijde afhankelijk van de jaarlijks vastgestelde begrotingen en (interne) politieke ontwikkelingen, waardoor de beschikbaar gestelde budgetten gedurende de looptijd kunnen fluctueren en waaraan de Opdrachtnemer geen recht op minimale afname kan ontlenen.
