Framework for ticket sanctioning and vehicle relocation

This is an open tender by degewo AG, a Berlin-based public housing company, for a framework agreement covering private road traffic monitoring services, including vehicle towing from restricted zones and penalty ticketing. The framework is divided into three lots covering different geographic areas (KC South, KC West, KC Southeast & Northeast) with a total maximum framework value of €586,500. The initial contract period is 1 year (Oct 2026 – Sep 2027) with an option to extend up to three times. Submission deadline is 09 July 2026, and all communication must be via the e-procurement platform. The award is based 60% on price, 10% on deadline concept, and 30% on quality assurance concept. Bidders can win a maximum of two lots.
