Kwalitatief hoogwaardige flexibele endoscopen passend bij onze behandelingen en huidige apparatuur, waarbij wij gedurende de overeenkomst de meest nieuwe en innovatieve endoscopen kunnen (blijven) aanschaffen’. Onze academische zorg vraagt om bepaalde technische- en functionele eisen ten aanzien van flexibele endoscopen en randapparatuur. Deze minimale eisen zijn omgeschreven in ons Programma van eisen. Wij zoeken naar kwalitatief hoogwaardig apparatuur, en vinden dat hier ook onderscheidend vermogen in zit. Binnen dit Gunningscriterium willen wij (een deel van) de aangeboden endoscopen testen, en het onderscheidend vermogen – ten opzichte van elkaar – testen.
In dit Gunningscriterium berekenen wij uw fictieve Total Cost of Ownership (hierna: TCO)-prijs voor onze Opdracht. In deze TCO-prijs zijn wij in alle Percelen uitgegaan van aanschaf + onderhoud.
