De Provincie Noord-Brabant is voornemens een Europese openbare aanbesteding te starten voor het onderhoud van de meet- en regeltechniek van het Provinciehuis Noord-Brabant en het Museumkwartier te ’s-Hertogenbosch. De opdracht omvat preventief en correctief onderhoud, vervanging van installatieonderdelen en het borgen van de vereiste conditie conform NEN 2767. Het betreft installaties die qua complexiteit en omvang een eis stellen aan de inschrijvende partijen in de vorm van Priva System Integrators. Dit geeft ons zekerheid dat de nieuwe partner direct toegang heeft tot softwarelicenties, hardware-onderdelen, firmware-updates en de Priva Academy. Complexe installaties zoals netwerken met Priva Blue ID, Top Control of Cloud gebaseerde Digital Services vragen om een partner met een uitgebreide service-afdeling. De aanbesteding heeft als doel het contracteren van één opdrachtnemer voor een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige onderhoudsdienstverlening voor een periode van 10 jaar. De opdracht betreft het inspanningsgericht onderhoud van de meet- en regeltechniek voor het Provinciehuis Noord-Brabant en het Museumkwartier te ’s-Hertogenbosch. De huidige vastgoedomvang bedraagt circa 67.000 m² BVO. De opdrachtomvang is dynamisch en kan gedurende de contractperiode wijzigen als gevolg van toevoeging, wijziging of afstoting van gebouwen, gebouwonderdelen of installaties.
