Hankinta toteutetaan yhteishankintana, johon osallistuu Poliisihallituksen lisäksi valtakirjalla Ahvenanmaan poliisiviranomainen. Kaupalliset ehdot ovat tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 "Sopimus". Kilpailutuksen tuloksena valitaan yksi kokonaistoimittaja.
