This non-exclusive drug rebate agreement (Open-House model) for Tolvaptan (ATC G04BX21) allows all interested pharmaceutical companies meeting the requirements to conclude a rebate agreement with AOK PLUS. There is no exclusivity, no guaranteed purchase volumes, and individual negotiations are not conducted. The agreement runs until 31 August 2026, with early termination possible if exclusive agreements are concluded.
