Delivery security and quality for the delivery beyond the minimum requirements assessed on the following items, cf. the items 4 - 52 in Annex 2: - The delivery ́s delivery time. - Plan for the implementation of the delivery, including a system for test operation and training of the contracting authority ́s machine operators. - Driver environment, including i.a. screening from dust and noise, sound insulation, sitting comfort, vision (forward/backward), instrument service, as well as HSE in general. - Range and visibility hearing for the machine, as well as the function of the delivery, technical value and operational security in general.

Climate and environment, based on an assessment of the following qualities beyond the minimum requirements that ensure lifetime/regularity for the machine, cf. the items 53 - 65 in annex 2: - The machine ́s requirements for maintenance, quality of a service agreement, quality training, possibilities for machine monitoring and entry inspections. - Availability of response time for repair services, as well as access to and delivery time for spare parts. - Access to spare parts, warranty time and terms, as well as to what extent parts can be repaired/replaced.
