Afficher le résumé complet

This tender is for service, maintenance, repairs and storage of boats belonging to the Oslo Police District (OPD) and the Police Security Service (PST). The procurement is divided into four sub-contracts (non-exclusive, awarded separately or together). The contract is for 5 years with an option to extend by 1+1 years (max 7 years). The procedure is a negotiated procedure with call for competition. Tenderers must be located in the Oslo fjord area within Drøbaksundet. The award is based on best balance between price (weighted 40-50%) and quality (50-60%), using the 'Pricing for non fulfilment of quality' model. The estimated total value is 120,000,000 NOK. No minimum consumption is guaranteed, and the contracting authority is not obliged to use the chosen tenderer exclusively.

Sub-contract 3

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of service, maintenance, repairs and storage of boats belonging to the Oslo Police District (OPD) and the Police Security Service (PST), hereafter called the Contracting Authority. The contract shall include any procurement of materials connected to the boats and the service. The number of boats that the Contracting Authority has can decrease and increase during the agreement period. As a result, the Contracting Authority cannot commit to a minimum consumption/purchases on the contract. The contract shall apply to the boats that the Contracting Authority has at all times, but does not obligate the Contracting Authority to exclusively use the chosen tenderer. The sub-contracts included in this procurement are non-exclusive. The procurement is divided into four sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, several or all sub-contracts. All boats within one sub-category shall be included in each respective sub-contract. The contracting authority does not have a limited number of sub-contracts that can be awarded to one tenderer. The contracting authority reserves the right to award one, several or all sub-contracts to the same tenderer, if the total tender from this tenderer overall fulfils the award criteria better, cf. anskaffelsesforskriften (The Public Procurement Regulations) § 19-4 fifth section. The contracting authority reserves the right to award one or more sub-contracts, although not all sub-contracts can be awarded.
