Tender to Purchase AV Equipment for The Irish Institute of Music and Song

The Irish Institute of Music and Song (IIMS) invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and testing of a comprehensive Audio Visual and Video Streaming system for The Lark Concert Hall, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. The scope of works includes a professional Front of House and Surround PA system, stage monitoring, DiGiCo mixing consoles, microphone systems, an 11-camera 4K PTZ video recording and live streaming system, display screens across all rooms, and associated AV infrastructure including racks, cabling, patch panels, and signal processing. The contract is for a single supplier and includes a minimum 24-month warranty with next-business-day on-site response. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of best price-quality ratio (45 technical quality / 55 price).
