The M120 Heavy Civils Enabling Works Framework Agreement, issued by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), aims to procure civil engineering works for the MetroLink programme in Dublin. It is a multi-party framework agreement with two value-based lots: Lot 1 (≥€50M/complex works) and Lot 2 (<€50M). The framework duration is 5 years, extendable up to 8 years. Only one lot per applicant. The procedure is negotiated with call-off. Submission deadline: 2026-07-13T13:00Z. Key risks: missing selection/award criteria in provided data, high competition (max 3 per lot), and no guaranteed volume of work.
