This tender is a European open procedure for a single framework agreement for the supply, installation, and maintenance of stairlifts (Wmo trapliften) for five municipalities in the Netherlands (Oldambt, Pekela, Stadskanaal, Veendam, Westerwolde). Het hoofddoel van deze aanbesteding is om met het doorlopen van een aanbesteding, per 1 december 2026 te komen tot één gezamenlijke raamovereenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van de opdracht; het op basis van nadere opdrachten uitvoeren van de levering en plaatsing en servicedienstverlening (onder andere onderhouden) van Wmo trapliften, zodat inwoners met een beperking zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen blijven participeren in de samenleving. Dit op basis van; • All-in categorieprijzen koop voor de aanschaf van Wmo trapliften; • Een all-in dienstverleningsvergoeding per maand voor het uitvoeren van servicedienstverlening aan alle te leveren Wmo trapliften die eigendom worden van opdrachtgever (all-in categorieprijs servicedienstverlening). Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst met een geraamde maximale waarde van afgerond € 7.000.000,00 (€ 4.700.000,00 + 50% optioneel) exclusief BTW.
