Raamovereenkomst bouwkundige onderhoudswerkzaamheden 2027-2031

Open tender for a framework agreement with one contractor for building maintenance works (planned, preventive, corrective, and emergency) for approximately 66 non-monumental properties owned/managed by the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. The works include construction, painting, roofing, and upholstery, as well as small projects and renovations. The framework is initially for 24 months with an option to extend twice by 12 months (total up to 48 months). Estimated value is €6,000,000 for the entire framework.
