Předmětem VZ je dodávka 2 ks nových stejných porážecích mobilních souprav (dále jen „porážecí souprava“) dle technických podmínek uvedených v Příloze č. 2 (Návrhy smlouvy), která je nedílnou součástí zadávací dokumentace. Každá souprava se skládá z otevřeného transportního kontejneru a technologie mobilní porážky, kterou tvoří porážecí linka (tj. univerzální omračovací past, naháněcí ulička), hygienické zařízení a energetické zajištění. Pro převoz každé porážecí soupravy je určený tomu odpovídající otevřený kontejner. Zařízení je určeno pro krizové situace (řešení nákazových situací) k rychlému a humánnímu utracení zvířat (skot, prasata) přímo v ohnisku nákazy. Zařízení má být konstruované pro rychlé rozvinutí a složení v terénu dle Přílohy č. 2 této ZD. Součástí dodávky je také teoretické školení obsluhy věci a praktické školení obsluhy věci, a to v rozsahu a za podmínek stanovených v Příloze č. 2 ZD. Součástí této VZ není dodávka auto nosiče kontejnerů, požaduje se však otevřený transportní kontejner pro převoz porážecí soupravy kompatibilní s vozidlem CTS 14 t 6×6.
