This is a non-exclusive drug discount agreement (Rabattvereinbarung) under § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient Fluorouracil, using an Open-House model. The AOK PLUS health insurance fund invites all interested pharmaceutical companies to participate without negotiation or exclusivity. The agreement runs until 31 July 2027. No minimum purchase quantities are guaranteed. The procedure is published for transparency purposes and is not a classic public procurement. All communication and document exchange occurs via the DTVP portal. Strict confidentiality applies. First submission deadline for contracts starting 1 August 2025 is 23 June 2025; subsequent deadlines are specified in a separate schedule.
