Om te borgen dat de inschrijver gedurende de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst zorgdraagt voor een optimale invulling van de hostingcomponenten, wenst Gasunie inzicht te verkrijgen in het proces dat de inschrijver hiervoor heeft ingericht. Met dit sub‑gunningscriterium wordt dit proces uitgevraagd en vastgelegd, waarmee de inschrijver aantoont hoe het beoogde doel van dit sub‑gunningscriterium wordt gerealiseerd en geborgd.
Het beoogde doel van dit sub-gunningscriterium is het bevorderen van duurzame inkooppraktijken door het contracteren van een leverancier die aantoonbaar en meetbaar bijdraagt aan milieuvriendelijke bedrijfsvoering. Het uiteindelijke doel is het minimaliseren van de ecologische voetafdruk in de gehele keten.
Ten aanzien van prijs heeft Gasunie: - een viertal (4) representatieve configuraties vastgesteld, vermenigvuldigd met een geschat aantal afnames per configuratie, op basis waarvan inschrijver een prijs dient op te geven. - Daarnaast wordt aan inschrijver gevraagd om uw opslagpercentage (marge) op de inkoopprijs vs. verkoopprijs aan Gasunie vast te leggen voor de overige aankopen.

Gasunie is op zoek naar een leverancier (reseller) voor de levering van hostingcomponenten en aanverwante diensten. De leverancier dient Gasunie merkonafhankelijk te kunnen voorzien van hostingcomponenten uit een breed assortiment van verschillende fabrikanten. De dienstverlening richt zich enerzijds op de operationele en administratieve afhandeling en ondersteuning ter facilitering van Gasunie. Anderzijds wordt verwacht dat de leverancier actief bijdraagt aan het verwerven van hostingcomponenten tegen de best passende (commerciële) voorwaarden voor Gasunie. Meer informatie leest u in het aanbestedingsleidraad. De geraamde waarde voor de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt naar schatting 15.000.000,- euro. Deze geraamde waarde betreft het totale bedrag, exclusief omzetbelasting en exclusief indexatie, met inbegrip van opties en verlengingen zoals in het aanbestedingsleidraad aangegeven.
